We specialize in strength training and functional fitness, utilizing the Lagree Method, a science-backed program with a fun, results-driven atmosphere. Our certified instructors bring passion, energy, and personal attention to every session, ensuring you feel challenged and encouraged. All classes are small semi-private groups; we also offer private sessions and private parties.

Each class is 45 minutes, giving you a high-intensity, low-impact, total body workout. Increase muscular endurance, improve body alignment, increase mobility, burn fat, support cardiac function, and enhance your overall performance.
